EXALUX™ CONNECT RX200N-RP is an ultra compact wireless RDM/DMX receiver. The unit is RDM and DMX compliant, making it ready for the DMX of the future.
The XLR connector is inverted upside down by 180° compared to the standard version, which allows a more convenient mounting on Skypanel fixtures for example.
CONNECT RX200N-RP, in short:
SKU : CNT.002.002
EAN code : 3760252033146
Availability : On backorder
CONNECT RX200N-RP is the ideal companion for the SkyPanel. The XLR connector and antenna are reversed by 180° compared to the standard version. The transmitter can be powered through the nearby USB port.
RX200N features a one-piece housing made from a block of aluminium, allowing it to get a compact and stronger design.
The external antenna allows a long range (up to 500m depending on the transmitter and the environment).
CONNECT RX200N is DMX512 and RDM compliant. It means that it will allow configuration, status monitoring, and management of RDM devices.

Thanks to its wide supply range (+5 to 26VDC), CONNECT RX200N can be powered through the USB connector of a DMX fixture, a Vlock battery through the D-TAP connector or any external PSU.
The connect RX200N‘s antenna is removable, meaning you can replace it by a different model to better suit your needs.
Based on LumenRadio CRMX™ technology, EXALUX™ CONNECT RX200N brings DMX fidelity without any latency.

The XLR connector of the RP version is inverted upside down by 180° compared to the standard version, which allows a more convenient mounting on Skypanel fixtures for example.
The RX200N and RX200N-RP are compliant with the voltage delivered by the 14.4VDC V-lock batteries at full charge and at the end of charge. The D-Tape / DC-Jack cable delivered with the transmitter allows this power supply mode.
Be careful! The RX200N and RX200N-RP are not compatible with 26VDC V-lock batteries, as the voltage at full charge is higher than 26VDC.
CRMX is short for Cognativ Radio MultipleXer, a technology developed by LumenRadio Ab.
Wireless coexistence is when wireless technology can coexist with other wireless technologies without causing any interference or being interfered. Coexistence becomes crucial in environments where many networks such as theatres or concert halls coexist.
CRMX by LumenRadio™ patented Cognitive Coexistence technology allows our wireless solutions to ensure optimum performance even when other wireless systems are operating in the same area.
This achievement is possible because CRMX is based on the Frequency Hoping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) technology.
Both technologies can be used together. However, we recommend a distance of at least 50cm between CRMX equipment and Wi-Fi equipment.
The RX200N is an RDM-compatible DMX receiver that allows bidirectional communication with the DMX transmitter. The RX100S is not compatible with this standard but only with the DMX standard.

The unit must be mounted in such a way that the antenna is in a vertical position in order to transmit in an optimal way.
Avoid installing the antenna close to wire truss, for example. Likewise, do not forget that the human body is a significant obstacle to electromagnetic radiation.
The antenna can be removed and replaced without having to open the unit on versions shipped from May 2021.
